Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Simply contact us via email, phone, or in person and we will arrange to reverse the transaction. We will also give you a (RA) Return Authorization Number that needs to be on the outside of the package before you ship it back to us.
Warranty
Prophet River does not offer an extended warranty beyond the manufacturers warranty. Please contact us first at warranty@prophetriver.com so we may assist and direct you as needed.
Shipping
We sell firearms and other miscellaneous items coast to coast to coast all across Canada on a daily basis. Shipping method for all firearms is Canada Post Expedited with a signature required as per Canadian law. We can send other products through various methods of your choosing.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs for you based on the shipping options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are heavily influenced by weight and or length. We will do our best to package items in a way to save on shipping as much as possible.
Typical delivery time ranges from 1-2 days for major Western cities to upwards of a week or more to the East coast and far North remote locations.
